The Energy Audit E-Report for D’latour Condominium in Bandar Sunway provides a comprehensive analysis of energy consumption patterns and strategies to improve efficiency. The report evaluates the energy usage of a high-rise residential building, focusing on factors such as climate analysis, building orientation, and occupant behavior. The site features two 23-storey blocks designed to optimize natural light and airflow, with a layout that offers varying sunlight exposure for residents.

The report reveals that energy consumption is higher on weekends, especially during the 6:00 - 24:00 hours, likely due to increased activity. Cooling systems, such as air conditioners, account for the largest share of energy usage, followed by lighting and appliance use. The report highlights the importance of adopting energy-saving practices, such as using LED lighting, setting air conditioners to efficient  temperatures, and unplugging devices when not in use.

To enhance energy efficiency, the report recommends implementing smart systems, such as motion sensors and timers, and promoting occupant awareness about sustainable practices. By focusing on these strategies, the report aims to reduce energy consumption and promote a more sustainable living environment for residents. The detailed breakdown of energy usage offers valuable insights into improving energy efficiency in residential buildings.
