The project, part of the Architectural Design IV course, aims to design a Neighbourhood Learning
Centre at USJ14 Park, focusing on community engagement and environmental sustainability.
Through site visits and analysis, students identify physical and intangible site qualities and
community needs. The project involves creating a Neighbourhood Park Plan, including
environmental and sustainable strategies, and designing learning pods and a learning center.
Deliverables include detailed site analysis boards and a physical site model. The project encourages
collaboration, critical thinking, and application of sustainability principles to enhance the
neighborhood's educational and recreational landscape.
